Erica and Kim are professional, accommodating, and very knowledgeable in the real estate market. They work as an excellent team! I an't say enough positive things about Erica. In 2019, Erica helped me as a first time home buyer purchase my first townhome. She was very thorough and educated me on the process making sure I understood every step of the way. This year in August almost exactly 3 years to the date Erica and Kim helped me sell my townhome. We got it on the market quickly and was able to sell it in a multiple offer situation. In a world of uncertainty you can be assured these girls will take care of you, be prompt & honest with you, & will give you everything they got so you can land the home of your dreams or sell to the right buyer.
