Mount Dora is a somewhat small city located in the state of Florida. With a population of 14,516 people and three constituent neighborhoods, Mount Dora is the 175th largest community in Florida.
Unlike some cities where white-collar or blue-collar occupations dominate the local economy, Mount Dora is neither predominantly one nor the other. Instead, it has a mixed workforce of both white- and blue-collar jobs. Overall, Mount Dora is a city of sales and office workers, professionals, and service providers.
